ARMENIAN ATHLETES WON TWO MEDALS IN BALKAN COUNTRIES U-20 CHAMPIONSHIP
The Balkan Under-20 Championship was held in Istanbul on September 12-13, in which the Armenian youth athletics team won two medals.

Triple jumper Razmik Ghazaryan won a silver medal with a result of 15.55 m, and long jumper Gor Beglaryan won a bronze medal with a result of 7.53 m.

More than 200 athletes from 13 countries took part in the Balkan Under-20 Championship, and the Armenian team took the 9th place in the team medal count. Rafik Ohanyan, Davit Sargsyan, Aram Aramyan, Narek Sraponyan and Sona Adamyan also took part in the championship.

It should be added that the Balkan Adult Championship will be held in Cluj-Napoca, Romania on September 19-20, where Armenia will be represented by 12 athletes.
