The singer turned the concert into a real celebration for his fans with his performances of hits and duets.
“You can’t imagine how happy I am! I think each person would dream of seeing what I am seeing now. I love you all. There are two things I have never been able to do-make money and talk. Of course, the former was a joke,” Hayko mentioned in the beginning of his concert.
Let us mention that RA First Lady Rita Sargsyan and the singer’s family and friends were attending the concert.
“I have grown up. I’m not saying the words “Let me see the hands in the audience” anymore,” the RA Merited Artist said jokingly. He admitted that when he had started organizing his solo concert, he felt how heartfelt his team was and how happy he was.
The singer performed duets with Kristine Pepelyan, Razmik Amyan and Hripsime Hakobyan. He also performed the songs from the Armenian films “Don’t Be Afraid”, “Killed Pigeon”, “Book of Memories of the Cross Stealer”, “Nothing Will Remain”, “Garegin Nzhdeh” and other films.
The hall was illuminated with hundreds of small lanterns to the sounds of Hayko’s song “I Have Fallen in Love with You”. Before performing the last song called “Eternal City of Love”, Hayko confessed his love for Yerevan and Armenia and stated that he is the happiest person since he lives in Armenia, a country where people are heartfelt towards each other, regardless of the fact that a person is famous or not.
The singer hadn’t given a concert in Yerevan for the past decade, and the evening of September 8 was a real celebration for those who appreciate Hayko’s art. The singer has other surprises in store.
